Do the Pwn Products come with a hardware warranty?
Yes, all new Pwn devices carry a 90-day hardware warranty from the date of purchase with the exception of the Pwn Phone (30 days), and "Floor Model" (used) plugs carry a DOA warranty only.
Can I add software to the Pwn Products?
Yes! All devices provide full root access. You can install software packages via the included package management tools, or compile your own from source (C compiler is standard on all devices).
Pwn Plug
Can I power my Pwn Plug through PoE, battery pack, or solar panel?
We do not yet offered a supported method of doing so, but the internal 5V leads can be easily wired to a battery pack, and PoE should be possible as well. Here's an example.
How does the Pwn Plug Elite bypass NAC/802.1x?
The Pwn Plug Elite bypasses Network Access Controls (NAC/802.1x/RADIUS/EAP) on wired networks through transparent layer-2 bridging and a bit of scripting wizardry provided by Skip Duckwall. This process is illustrated here.
Where can I get support for the Community (free) Edition software?
Support for all Community Edition software is provided by the community support forum
What pentesting software tools are included?
All Pwn Plugs include a full suite of open source pentesting tools (listed here), covert tunneling software, and the web-based Plug UI to simplify deployment.
Will the plugs work with international voltages?
Yes! The plugs accept 110v-240v AC input (50Hz/60Hz), so all that is needed is a power adapter to fit your wall socket. Power adapters for UK and Europe are available for sale if needed.
Will my iPhone SIM card work with the unlocked GSM adapter?
Yes! As long as you have an AT&T iPhone. Verizon's iPhone doesn't have a removable SIM.

Is the Wireless/3G adapter on board?
Currently the Wireless or 3G adapters require the use of an external usb device. The ALFA wireless card or 3G Adapter is included with the Wireless and 3G plugs respectively. The Elite plug includes both adapters, as well as a USB-Ethernet adapter for a second network interface (required for NAC/802.1x bypass).
